Terms of Reference:
The Area Regulation Sub-Committee was disbanded in May, 2007. It dealt with the following matters:-
- to consider the grant, suspension or cancellation of licences and to deal specifically with hearings and appeals in terms of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, with powers.
- to consider any matters arising from the provisions of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 specifically remitted by the Area Services Committee.
