Fife Safety Camera Partnership will deploy a mobile unit on South Road, Cupar in response to community concerns raised about speeding.
Partnership Manager, Andy Jones said:
"In conjunction with the local policing division and in response to local concerns about speeding, it is our intention to encourage drivers to slow down by deploying one of our highly visible mobile units in the area.
"Local residents can be rest assured that concerns raised about speeding on Fife's roads are responded to and we will continue our deployment intention over the coming weeks."
All our camera sites have a proven history of collisions and evidence of speeding vehicles. We may from time to time use mobile cameras at other sites where both vehicle and road users are at greater risk, such as road works.
