Works to progress individual employability by supporting personal development through training and advice. Individuals can access the services through self referral, JobcentrePlus or the Social Work Department. Individuals can seek advice and support on dealing with drug, alcohol, homelessness, criminal record issues or at risk area that is a barrier to their progress/development. The services include confidence building, literacy & numeracy, disclosure of criminal records, self awareness, jobsearch activities, mock interviews and other events/activities.
