Fife Council employment land

Fife Council maintains a supply of land for a range of employment uses.

This includes sites within high-quality business parks for headquarter-office development, land for a range of business and manufacturing units, in addition to plots for storage and distribution facilities. For more information about our projects at business and industrial parks visit our 'Major project developments' page.

Fife Council is committed to securing new land for employment purposes to compliment its existing portfolio of sites and to allow it to offer as wide as choice as possible in terms of the range and quality of available supply.

In addition, through the capital programme, a rolling programme of investment is planned to deliver improvements in on-site infrastructure to support business related development.

The Fife employment land strategy (2006 - 2015) provides a policy framework for the future provision of employment land in Fife, supported by the Fife employment land audit which is carried out annually and which analyses the nature of land supply and rate of take-up for development.

If your business has requirement for additional land for new business or expansion, please contact us on the details below or visit our Invest in Fife site.
