Enterprise, Planning and Protective Services is a key service combining Economic Development and Planning which has developed an ambitious economic growth and regeneration strategy for Fife.
Working within the Economic Development team, you will have lead responsibility for property transactions relating to Economic Development land and property assets (Use Classes 4, 5 & 6), all transactions relating to Strategic Land Allocations and strategic town centre, retail and regeneration developments
You will lead identified work areas of the team on a day to day basis, on the instruction and guidance of the Service Manager and Property Investment and Development Manager, including supervising the work of other professional and support staff as required. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of new initiatives within the service; ensuring liaison and collaboration across and between portfolio areas as appropriate, which will consistently deliver high quality customer focused services.
You will be expected to be an experienced professional capable of taking responsibility for specific projects and negotiations allocated to them with minimal supervision. You will be expected to lead project teams to deliver complex business land and commercial property projects, complying with appropriate professional standards and practices
You will be self-motivated, practical and an excellent organiser/co-coordinator, first class communicator, committed to getting things done on time and within budget. Educated to Degree level with relevant professional membership. You must have experience in investment, property development or management areas.
