Swimming Classes

Swimming is a skill for life that promotes sport and well being. It provides a full body workout with minimum strain in joints and muscles.

Acquiring water confidence is an essential skill for life which will introduce children to a sport discipline; would make other activities more enjoyable, such as holidays, water sports and it may even save a life.

Our children classes aim to allow children to feel confident and have fun in the water at their own pace through the Scottish Learn to Swim Program. Classes are arranged based on the child skills (generally starting from 5 years of age) and pupils are continually assessed based on their improvement to the next appropriate level.

Adult learners can feel relaxed as they learn to swim or improve their current skills.
