The staff restaurant at the Victoria Hospital has turned Red in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

Staff have donned red outfits and the menu has taken on a distinctly red theme to raise both awareness and money for the charities Wear It. Beat It. Campaign.

Amongst the items on today’s menu include RED Thai chicken curry, baked RED peppers filled with ratatouille, RED watermelon and serrano ham,  tomato and pepperoni flan, and lentil and tomato soup.

All money raised will go toward funding life saving research.
