I would like to thank you all for the way the incident was dealt with at St Andrews Hospital on Wednesday. The 'can do' attitude of the staff in ensuring services were continued in most areas and the continued operation of the hospital is a credit to you all. I was equally impressed and proud of the way the management response on site put local plans in place quickly and without fuss. I would also like to thank the police and fire service for their fast and efficient response .
I would also like to thank the patients and visitors for their support while services were disrupted.
