Local communities are being asked to share their views on plans for new Community Health and Wellbeing Centres in Kincardine and Lochgelly.

The current Kincardine and Lochgelly Health Centres are recognised as being no longer fit for purpose. The new centres are intended to flexibly meet the needs of the local population, providing a range of services including those provided by GPs, social care and the voluntary sector.

The surveys will run from Monday 16th November to Monday 14th December.
Paper copies of the survey will also be available in public venues including pharmacies, dentists and shops in Kincardine and Lochgelly.
