Additional COVID-19 cases are being investigated at the following schools in the NHS Fife Board area since the last update on Sat 12 December 2020.

These figures cover cases reported on 12-13 December 2020.

  • Two positive cases associated with the school

Nursery at Kinghorn Primary School

  • One positive case associated with the school

Kinglassie Primary School

  • One positive case associated with the school

Levenmouth Academy

  • One positive case associated with the school

Markinch Primary School

  • One positive case associated with the school

Masterton Primary School - Dunfermline

  • One positive case associated with the school

Mountfleurie Primary School - Leven

  • One positive case associated with the school

Pitteuchar West Primary School - Glenrothes

  • One positive case associated with the school

St Andrews RC High School - Kirkcaldy

  • Two positive cases associated with the school

Cases in nurseries and schools are listed above if there has been an impact on the school or if action is needed to be taken.   

Where there is more than one confirmed case, this does not necessarily suggest transmission within the school and may relate to a sibling or household group, or it may be separate incidences of community-acquired infection.
