This website is a collaboration of several organisations in Fife who provide services that are there to help people when living with dementia.

Some of the services available offer support in the early stages after being diagnosed with dementia.

Other services are there to support people in decision making and arranging for others to look after their decision making after a diagnosis of dementia.

There are also services to assist people with their housing or to help them access financial and care support that they may be entitled to.

There are services available to help those caring for someone with dementia to help them keep involved in their local community.

And there are services that are there to help people with dementia keep active and on the go, as much as, and as long as they want.

The purpose of this website is to collect together information on these useful services in one place, so that everyone can easily find out more about services that might be there for them and how to access them.
