Step on Stress - a free stress management course for adults running in various locations across Fife. The course runs for three weekly sessions of 1½ hours each. The courses are straightforward. During the class you will learn more about how stress affects people. You will learn how to manage the effect of stress on your body and the effect on your mind.

Beating the Blues - can help you to pinpoint and change unhelpful ways of thinking, which can affect how you feel. It also teaches you more effective ways of solving problems.   Your GP can refer you to this fully supported NHS service.  You can do the sessions on your home computer/ tablet or using a computer in a local library.  Please see your GP for a referral to this service.
