An education programme with an interactive broad overview of what diabetes is and how to manage your condition with diet, exercise and medication to meet individual goals and targets. The programme gives an introduction to newly diagnosed people with Type 2 Diabetes.

Phase 2 – Diabetes Explained (Type 2 only)
An education programme which will provide patients with more in-depth knowledge and skills to manage their diabetes. They will learn about the up-to-date treatments and have the opportunity to explore and address concerns that they may have with their diabetes.

Diabetes Footsteps (Type 1 and Type 2)
A patient education programme with an interactive overview of how diabetes affects the lower limbs and the impact of diabetes management on long-term foot outcomes.

Active Options 2 (Type 1 and Type 2)
Is a physical activity programme for people in Fife who have a long term health condition. There are 4 levels of classes which are based on functional ability rather than condition.
