Bus StopThe hospital can be accessed by bus, with a large number of services stopping at the main entrance.  The following (Stagecoach East Scotland) bus services stop at the hospital: 28 / 33 / 72A / 72C / 79 / 79A / 81 / 82A / 82C / 89 / 89A  The bus stop has SMS code: 34325348.

Queen Margaret Train Station is a 5 minute walk from the Hospital.

By Car

ParkingQueen Margaret Hospital Site MapCars can enter the site using Gate 1 on Whitefield Road.  There are a number of car parks available around the hospital site (see our site map for location details).  Patients can be dropped off at the main entrance, with cars then moved to park immediately afterwards.  Disabled parking is available in Car Parks 1, 2 and beside the Phase 1 Entrance.  Parent & Child spaces are available in Car Park 2.

Directions from the Forth Road Bridge

  • Head north on the A90
  • Continue onto M90
  • At junction 3 take the A907/A92 exit to Dunfermline
  • At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A907
  • Go through 3 roundabouts
  • Turn right onto Whitefield Road / B912
  • Queen Margaret Hospital is on the left hand side, via Gate 1.

 

Directions from Kincardine Bridge

  • Head northeast on Kincardine Bridge/A985 toward A876
  • Continue to follow A985
  • Slight right to stay on A985
  • At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Cairneyhill Road A994
  • Continue to follow A994
  • Continue onto Pittencrieff Street A907
  • Continue to follow A907
  • Turn right into Carnegie Drive A907
  • Continue to follow A907
  • Go through 2 roundabouts
  • Turn left onto Whitefield Road B912
  • Queen Margaret Hospital is on the left hand side, via Gate 1.
