DISRUPTION TO SERVICE
Due to our Server Upgrade we will be running an emergency service for patients on:
9th and 10th October 2018
NO ROUTINE OR PREBOOKABLE appointments will be booked during this period.
No repeat prescriptionscan be processed.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
We would respectfully request that you are patient with our staff during this difficult and disruptive period.
Changes to Prescription Ordering From 1st April 2017
You will no longer be able to order your prescriptions by telephone. We would encourage you to register for Patient Access System (PAS) which allows you to order your prescriptions online and also gives you access to online booking of appointments. Please ask for details at reception.
Research at New Park Medical Practice
New Park Medical Practice as a teaching practice may from time to time be involved in research studies. Any such study will have gained ethical and NHS research governance approval. All studies remain confidential and are voluntary.
Patients will be invited to become involved however are under no obligation to do so. Please be assured that should you decline this will not affect your healthcare or relationship with the practice in any way.
