Other useful information

Patients caring for relatives, friends or neighbours may require support themselves at times.  We maintain a carers’ register in the Practice which allows us to offer additional services to carers.  For example we offer flu vaccinations, make appropriate referrals to other agencies if required and provide information, advice, and support where appropriate.  If you are a carer and would like your details added to the Carers Register, ask reception for a carers registration form.

The Fife Carers Centre can offer telephone advice and home visits to carers.  They can be contacted on 01592 642999 or www.carerscentre.org.uk.

FRAE (Fairness, Race, Awareness & Equality) Fifecan provide carers information in various languages.
