Quitfit is a free smoking cessation programme which provides support in conjunction with promotion of healthy lifestyles and physical activity. It is supported by Fife Sports and Leisure Trust (FSLT) in partnership with NHS Fife’s Stop Smoking Service's Team.
The service is available to communities throughout Fife and offers smoking cessation advice in a community-based setting, encouraging physical activity to boost long-term positive healthy behaviour change at the time of the quit attempt.
A 4 week fitness pass is available to clients who sign up to the Quitfit programme.
Sessions are held weekly on Tuesday evenings at Cowdenbeath Leisure Centre (passes can be used in any FSLT venue).
