HPS – Monday 9th May

Kingdom Intro This week is Mental Health Awareness Week hosted by Mental Health Foundation. The theme this year is Loneliness, today we have Fife Health and Social Care Partnership to give you an overview

Message We have all experienced times of Loneliness in our life, however, for some people, over time it can have an impact on a person’s mental and physical health.  Simple acts of Kindness can change a person’s day, such as stopping to have a conversation with a neighbour or a work colleague.

If you have feelings of loneliness in your life, having the confidence to take a small step to reconnect with others, can have a great impact on your wellbeing.
