Accommodation with care and support

Accommodation with Care and Housing Support Services

This service provides care and support for adults between the ages of 18 and 65, and who:

  • have a disability or long term health condition
  • may live with others in a group home or in their own tenancy

There are two parts to the service: 

  1. accommodation with 24 hour staffed support
  2. housing support and care at home for adults in their own homes

We provide care and support for adults who are affected by one or more of the following:

  • learning disabilities (including autism spectrum disorder)
  • mental health issues
  • physical disabilities
  • long term health issues (e.g. Blood Born Virus)
  • adults with sensory impairment and/or brain injury
  • adults with complex needs and who have either committed an offence or who are at risk of offending

This referral and access criteria is consistent with the Social Work Services eligibility criteria.
