Group of nurses and midwives

Believe it or not in 2019, on the seventieth birthday of the NHS, NHS Fife awarded over 2000 long service badges to staff and of these over 800 went to staff with over 30 years experience. For those ready to commit to a career in nursing, there are a number of excellent career pathways to choose from in a wide number of distinct and separate disciplines. There really is something for everyone. In addition we work in collaboration with Scottish Government, NHS Boards, Scotland's Universities and other stakeholders on a range of initiatives to support high quality clinical care and best practice in professional education.
