Staff seating outdoors across hospital sites to enable staff to get fresh air and eat outside, taking a break from the hospital environment.
A total of 35 wellbeing benches are being installed across the 10 hospitals in Fife with the aim of providing areas away from wards and departments for staff to recharge during their breaks.
The hope is that these benches will provide staff with attractive peaceful spaces, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy wards and departments, where they can de-stress and enjoy some fresh air.
