Director of Acute Services
Claire Dobson was appointed Director of Acute Services in September 2021, following a secondment from September 2020. Her NHS career began in 1995 as a physiotherapist after graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University. Claire has held clinical, managerial, and strategic roles across acute, primary care, and social care. She holds a master’s degree with distinction in Integrated Service Improvement and is passionate about integrated, person-centred care and continuous service improvement.
