Linda Douglas

Mrs Linda Douglas will join NHS Fife’s over 8,000-strong workforce on 1st January 2020.

She spent the past two and a half years Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development with the Scottish Ambulance Service, a post she has held since December 2016.

Linda has an outstanding track record in Human Resourcesand Organisational Development gained in the UK and overseas.

Her professional interest include; developing positive organisational culture and delivering organisation transformation.

Linda is particularly committed to diversity and inclusion;

“I am delighted to be joining NHS Fife as its new Director of Workforce. I am very excited to be taking up this fantastic opportunity. I cannot wait to work alongside colleagues across health and social care in Fife and continue to improve how patients and staff experience our services”.

Linda will take over from Barbara Anne Nelson who will retire in December after over 40 years service with the NHS in Scotland.
