The Vulnerable in Pregnancy (VIP) Team of eight cares for and supports vulnerable pregnant women, unborn babies, and their families.
Throughout the pandemic, they have continued to provide safe, face-to-face personalised care for women and families with vulnerabilities including child protection issues, learning needs, social care challenges linked to deprivation, and gender-based violence.
We are delighted to learn that the team has been recognised for it's valuable work, both prior to and during the pandemic which has brought added pressures to all.
