Restoring the River Leven Project

The Green Action Trust, Fife Council and Sustrans are working together to connect the communities of Levenmouth by creating a walking, cycling and wheeling network that is safe and accessible for all. This will link to the new railway stations at Leven and Cameron Bridge.

Levenmouth Connectivity Project

Fife Council, SEPA's Water Environment Fund and Fife Coast & Countryside Trust are working together to improve a 2½ mile stretch of the River Leven flowing from Windygates to Leven.

To support the consultations, they are also hosting two drop-in community information events, where you can come along and find out more about the plans for both the active travel routes and river restoration work. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding the proposals.
