Kirkcaldy Health Centre is currently closed as Scottish Gas workers perform urgent gas works in one area of the building. It is understood that this is related to ongoing gas maintenance nearby.
The adjoining Well Pharmacy is also closed. Other local pharmacies may be able to help with emergency supplies of medication, should there be an urgent need.
As a precautionary measure, all pre-arranged appointments have been cancelled today and the GP services based out of the centre are running a reduced service prioritising those with the most urgent need. Your practice will be in touch with you to offer you a new appointment time if you are impacted.
