Question:
NHS Fife is asked to confirm whether it has responded to a letter from the Equalities and Human Rights Commission.
Response:
On 21 February 2025, the Equalities and Human Rights Commission announced that they had written to NHS Fife and Scottish Government regarding access to single-sex changing facilities for NHS staff. This letter was subsequently received on 20 March 2025.
NHS Fife has now responded to the Commission.
