Question:
A comment is sought on the ruling from the Scottish Information Commissioner that NHS Fife had not fully complied with section 1 of the of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 when handling requests about the financial cost of defending legal action in the ongoing employment tribunal.
