They are held in various venues across Fife each month.  There is an opportunity for discussions around topics that are most relevant to patients. The group setting allows patients to share challenges and successes and build confidence, reinforcing that they are not alone.

You can book a place on Control IT by filling out the self referral form or contact us by email: fife.diabeteseducation@nhs.scot or telephone (01592) 226736. You can also ask your GP or nurse to refer you.
