Happiness is all about being able to enjoy life, experiencing positive emotions, believing in yourself and believing that you have something to give to others. Sometimes it can feel difficult to find happiness in today’s world. The good news is that we can build habits in our daily lives which encourage happiness.
There are lots of ways we can build our own, and our children’s, happiness by increasing confidence, practicing mindfulness, balancing emotions, and focusing on character strengths.
