Exam stress is the feeling of worry, pressure or nerves that we may have before or during an exam or test. This happens because exams can feel really important, and we want to do well. We may worry about doing badly or not meeting the expectations of teachers, parents or ourselves. A little stress can help us stay motivated, but too much can be difficult to manage.
