You can access free online education courses to learn more about diabetes by visiting the My Diabetes My Way eLearning Website. These courses will be especially useful if you've just been diagnosed, or want to know more about any of these topics:

The ‘Diabetes Directory’ is an information leaflet produced by the NHS Fife Diabetes Patient Group which includes contacts and local support options for people living with diabetes in Fife and can be found on the Diabetes page of the NHS Fife website.

Active Options 2 (Type 1 and Type 2)
Active Options 2 is a physical activity programme for people in Fife who have a long term health condition. The aim of the programme is to get you moving a bit more and to improve your strength and balance. The classes are of different levels and you will be referred to the level appropriate to your needs and ability.
