Acceptance

This section aims to help you understand the importance of developing acceptance as part of your pain journey. Acceptance can be a tricky concept, and when we use it we don't mean "giving in to pain" or "giving up", but rather making a choice to focus on doing what really matters to you, even if this means pain being a part of the picture.
