Self-Referrals
Self-referrals can be made using the general access appointment line on 01592 64 79 79 at the times listed below:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 11am and 1.00pm - 4.00pm
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday also open from 5.00pm – 7.00pm
