Right brain hemisphere and communication

The right hemisphere of the brain is responsible for more of the social aspect of communication such as turn taking, topic choice and facial expressions.

A person with right hemisphere communication impairment may understand much spoken language and appear to have good speech, but some aspects of communication may be difficult.
