Supporting future nurses
All research nurses are trained in supporting the development of future nurses and we regularly accommodate student nurse placements with a comprehensive support process, and that it has been a great success.
I felt very well supported by Practice Supervisor, Practice Assessor and all the staff throughout my placement. Their support helped me gain confidence in my role and develop my skills effectively.
All staff were really nice and happy to answer any questions I had.
I felt really welcomed by all the staff I worked with. The research and development setup was super organised and geared towards supporting students.
