Who are we looking for?
You should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work cohesively within the multidisciplinary team. Experience of working within a theatre is essential, whilst always maintaining confidentiality.
Hours will be worked to meet the needs of the service which will include shift & weekend work and rotational nights as required, with flexibility to work over all sites in Fife.
You should possess an SVQ Level 3 perioperative/SVQ level 3-health care support (clinical-perioperative units) qualification.
We are passionate about investing and developing all our team members. We currently offer development opportunities for nonregistered practitioner to advance their career within the perioperative setting within the SVQ/SQA health care support (clinical – scrub modules) qualification at level 3.
There is a robust induction program which is supported by a full time Clinical Educator and part time Education Coordinator.
