Hi, I am Dr. Pritha Dasgupta. I am a Consultant psychiatrist and CESR tutor for NHS Fife. I am also a member of the Equivalence committee for the Royal college of Psychiatrists and assessor for CESR applications to GMC. As part of my CESR role with NHS Fife, I meet aspiring doctors individually and make personalised plan for them. I have devoted time in my job plan to regularly meet the candidates helping them follow the plan through. This is to help them in the application process to get into the specialist register with GMC to become a substantive consultant psychiatrist.
CESR
The CESR process is undergoing some changes to make the process more streamlined and easy for the doctors to apply. I can bring in that knowledge and help you to keep up-to-date with the process.
