United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) (Incorporation Scotland) Act became law in Scotland on Tuesday 16th July 2024.

NHS Fife is committed to promoting the rights of all children and young people under 18.

These rights are outlined in the Scottish law, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024.
