Diabetes Explained is a 4 week programe which is suitable if you want more in-depth knowledge and skills to manage your diabetes for Type 2 Diabetics. Topics include:
- What is diabetes
- Health assessments and medications
- Weight management
- Carbohydrate awareness
- Understanding food labels
- Possible complicatons of diabetes
Sessions will take plae at Whytemans Brae Hospital in Kirkcaldy from 5.00-7.30pm on the following dates but note that you have to come to each session if signing up.

- Thursday 2 May
- Thursday 9 May
