NHS Fife and Fife Council are now posting regular updates on individual schools and nurseries linked to a positive case of COVID-19. There may still be situations where individual updates are required.

Kirkcaldy High School, Kirkcaldy

  • One additional confirmed case linked to the school bringing the total to 2 confirmed cases.
  • A number of S2 classes have been asked to self-isolate. These classes have been contacted directly via the school’s group call system.

Beath High School, Cowdenbeath

  • One additional confirmed case linked to the school bringing the total to 2 confirmed cases.
  • A number of pupils have been asked to self-isolate. These pupils have been contacted directly via the school’s group call system

Mountfleurie Primary School, Leven

  • One confirmed case linked to the school
  • Small number of additional contacts have been identified and are being asked to isolate as a precaution

Lumphinians Primary School, Lumphinians

  • One confirmed case linked to the school
  • Close contacts have been identified and the whole of P6 have been instructed to self-isolate

Pitreavie Primary School, Dunfermline

  • An additional positive case linked to the school, bringing the total to 4 cases
  • All identified contacts within the school are already self-isolating

Westfield Family Nurture Centre, Cupar

  • One confirmed case linked to the centre
  • No close contacts have been identified within the centre and all children are asked to attend as normal

Carnegie Primary School, Dunfermline

  • Two more cases linked to the school have been identified
  • Any contacts within the school are already self-isolating

Anyone who develops any of the established symptoms of the virus, such as a fever; or a loss or change in taste or smell; or a new and continuous cough, should arrange testing using the UK Government Citizens’ Portal at: https://www.nhs.uk/ask-for-a-coronavirus-test or by calling 0800 028 2816.
