NHS Fife is providing an update after an individual with links to Woodmill HS in Dunfermline tested positive for COVID-19. 

The case is isolating at home with other household members. 

While there is no evidence of transmission within the school a number of pupils have been identified as contacts. They have been contacted individually and asked to self-isolate for 14 days, as a precautionary measure.

In addition to the already enhanced cleaning measures the school has been given a thorough clean, with fogging of all the necessary areas taking place last night.

Anyone who develops any of the established symptoms of the virus, such as a fever; or a loss or change in taste or smell; or a new and continuous cough, should arrange testing using the UK Government Citizens’ Portal at:
