Course Description
Evidence proves that an organisation who ‘invests’ in their new recruits in their first year of practice, create a culture of learning, commitment, loyalty and pride. NHS Fife is committed to support staff to gain the right skills required to enable them to deliver safe, person-centred care. By providing this programme and promoting life-long learning NHS Fife fully support and endorse this government initiative.
This session is for Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals with an NHS Fife contract who have recently qualified and registered with the NMC or HCPC. Students in their final placement may attend the Flying Start Introduction sessions and Managers and Flying Start Facilitators.
Each workshop will be delivered three times.
NQPs should attend the Introduction to Flying Start session initially. They can then attend all workshops in any sequence.
Discuss with your Line Manager and then booking is essential.
