Upcoming changes at Park Road Medical Practice
NHS Fife and the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership are currently responsible for managing Park Road Medical Practice after the previous General Practitioners (GP) ended their contract to provide general medical services from the practice.
Earlier this year, a tender process on the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) website was initiated and bids were received. Following a thorough and robust assessment and evaluation of each submission, a preferred bidder has been identified.
We can now confirm that MRM Medical Group will take over the running of Park Road Medical Practice from an expected date of 1st August 2024.
MRM Medical Group is a partnership of three GPs, all having extensive experience in delivery of general medical care in GP practices across Scotland. In addition to running the practice, all three GPs will work clinically at Park Road alongside the existing team to deliver hands-on patient care.
What does this mean for you?
We are taking all necessary steps to ensure you have continued and uninterrupted access to local medical services, so you are able to see the right person, at the right time as these changes are implemented.
During this transition period, we want to reassure you that there will be no change to your registered general practice or to the way you access services.

Next steps
Work has commenced with MRM Medical Group on a plan to transfer over the running of the practice as seamlessly as possible.
