Mental Health Awareness Week takes place every year in May. The week is hosted by Mental Health Foundation and this year’s campaign theme is “Action: for yourself, for someone else, for all of us”.

MHAW

Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) takes place from 11th to 17th May 2026.

This year Mental Health Awareness Week is asking people to join together to take action to support good mental health.  Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless.  And while our individual actions matter, when we come together we are even more powerful.
