The Pharmacy Practices Committee (PPC) is a statutory committee of NHS Fife responsible for considering applications to open new community pharmacies or significantly relocate existing pharmacy premises. The committee meets on an ad hoc basis in response to individual applications, with membership determined by statutory requirements and limited to those who are legally required or eligible to participate in the decision-making process.
