This Multi disciplinary team includes:

Consultant orthopaedic surgeons – Experts in trauma and elective surgery, including hip, knee, shoulder, and complex fracture management.
Doctors – including registrars and junior doctors.
Orthogeriatricians – Supporting older patients with frailty and complex needs.
Registered nurses and healthcare support workers - Providing pre and post-operative care and patient education.
Specialist nurses and advanced practitioners – Provide advanced care practice supporting the medical and nursing teams.
Physiotherapy and occupational therapy teams – Helping patients regain mobility and independence.
Anaesthetists and theatre teams – Ensuring safe and effective surgical procedures.
Radiography team and imaging specialists – Delivering accurate diagnostics to guide treatment.
Administrative and support staff – Coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth patient pathways.
Facilities staff - including portering, domestic and catering staff.
