Features
Retreat Cottages 1 & 2 each have 2 bedrooms which share a sitting room for residents to use for socialising, a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchens are stocked with basic crockery and utensils, a cooker, a fridge freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and an iron, ironing board and washing machine. All bedrooms are lockable.
All utilities i.e. electricity, water etc. are included. Any issues with the heating need to be reported to the Estates Department. All electrical appliances that are brought with you must also be checked by the Estates Department (PAT tested).
Bed linen and towels will be provided. Communal areas will be cleaned regularly, although you are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and wiping down the cooker and microwave as necessary. Bedrooms will be cleaned on vacating the accommodation
At the moment there is no wi-fi in Retreat Cottages 1 & 2.
