Your accommodation will look similar to the photo above.  It is of a high standard and is also used by the University of Dundee Nursing for campus accommodation.

Features

Flats are arranged into 4 single rooms which share a kitchen, shower room and toilet. All flats have been newly refurbished and provided with new furniture and curtains. The kitchen has been provided with basic crockery and utensils, a cooker, a fridge freezer, a kettle, rice cooker and an iron, and ironing board.

Entrance is via a secure main entrance stairway, with a secure main door to each flat.  Bedrooms are lockable.

All utilities i.e. Electricity, water etc. are included. Bed linen will be provided and there are laundry facilities on the ground floor which are free of charge to use.  There is also a small communal sitting room on the ground floor for residents to use for socialising.  Communal areas will be cleaned regularly and bedrooms will be cleaned on vacating.
