The Well
Provides an oversight of all the social and community resources available to people in Fife and helps to access the appropriate service for a person's needs. Examples would be help with financial difficulties, housing, benefit assessments, food bank access, social isolation, bereavement support.

Victoria Hospital
In addition, The Well has a pop-up stall in the Victoria Hospital twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays 10am-12pm. This is located at the hospital's main entrance opposite Costa Coffee.
Referrals can be made if there is a feeling that a person may struggle with initial contact - see website link below for more details.
Fife Forum
Fife Forum help with lots of things in the community. They can also provide advocacy for patients in hospital, help with filling in forms, helping them to put across their wishes if they have no family or if there is family conflict.

Link Life Fife
Patients need a referral from GP, nurse or other health profession. Support for mental illness, stress, anxiety, help with accessing services, activities, social groups, housing and benefits by providing link workers.
Fife Carers Centre
You'll see many posters around the hospitals now for Fife Carers. This organisation is extremely helpful to carers. They have hospital workers and a community base.
Age Scotland
Age Scotland provide Information leaflets e.g. on Bereavement, Funeral Planning, Care at Home, Benefits for people with dementia and other age related issues. They will also send them out for free though do welcome donations.
